What You Will Do
• Pack and unpack staging items using proper techniques to prevent damage
• Label and track all items systematically for seamless workflow
• Organize the Décor Center to maintain efficient inventory access
• Support on-site installations with bed making, décor arrangement, and careful breakdowns
• Inspect items regularly for damage, flagging issues immediately
• Maintain high cleanliness standards across all storage areas
What You Will Accomplish
✅ Ensure zero damage to inventory valued at $50K+ per staging project through meticulous packing and handling
✅ Maintain a Décor Center where any team member can locate any item within 2 minutes
✅ Support 8-12 staging installations monthly with flawless execution—every item accounted for
✅ Achieve consistent 5-star feedback from staging team on item condition and organization

Essential Experience You'll Bring
• 1-2 years packing/organizing experience with meticulous attention to detail
• Proven ability handling delicate items—luxury retail or art handling preferred
• Physical capability to lift up to 20 pounds regularly
• Reliable transportation to travel between Décor Center and staging sites
• Flexibility for 15-25 hours weekly including occasional weekends
