What You Will Do

• Capture daily content by accompanying Margaret, our CEO, to appointments and installs, documenting behind-the-scenes moments and client transformations

• Create photo and video content that showcases our staging projects, design process, and team at work with attention to composition and luxury aesthetics

• Plan and manage content calendars across all platforms ensuring consistent posting aligned with project timelines

• Write engaging, on-brand captions that reflect our sophisticated yet approachable voice and connect with luxury clientele

• Edit content using basic video and photo editing tools to maintain brand consistency and visual excellence

• Monitor analytics and engagement metrics to optimize content performance and inform strategy

• Collaborate with design and staging teams to identify content opportunities and highlight project milestones

Stay current on social media trends, luxury lifestyle content, and design industry best practices

What You Will Accomplish

✅ Create engaging content that consistently moves the needle and attracts high-end clients to REH Interiors

✅ Build a cohesive, recognizable brand presence across Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, and Facebook that reflects our luxury positioning

✅ Grow engagement metrics and follower quality within first 90 days through strategic content that resonates with our target audience

✅ Capture the artistry and sophistication of our staging work in ways that inspire both homeowners and real estate professionals

✅ Establish content systems and calendars that ensure consistent, on-brand posting even during busy staging seasons

You'll Thrive in This Role If You

Have a natural eye for composition, lighting, and visual storytelling—you instinctively know what will photograph beautifully

Understand luxury branding and can create content that feels sophisticated without being stuffy or pretentious

Are comfortable being mobile and on-the-go, capturing content at staging sites throughout South Florida

Can move quickly during installations to capture key moments without disrupting the staging team’s workflow

Bring self-starter energy—you see content opportunities others miss and don’t wait to be told what to capture

Balance creativity with strategy, understanding that beautiful content must also drive business results

Essential Experience You'll Bring

• 3+ years in social media coordination, marketing, or related creative field

• Proven proficiency with Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, and Facebook platforms and best practices

• Portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling skills and brand-consistent content creation

• Experience with photo and video capture and basic editing tools

• Marketing background preferred

• Background in real estate, design, or luxury brands preferred
