What You Will Do
• Develop and nurture relationships within your assigned geographic territory (West Palm to Vero Beach, Wellington area, or Fort Lauderdale/Miami markets)
• Conduct consultative sales meetings with high-net-worth individuals, real estate agents, and luxury property developers
• Build long-term partnerships through relationship-based selling rather than aggressive closing tactics
• Provide expert guidance on staging and interior design solutions that align with client needs and property goals
• Collaborate with our design team to create customized proposals and service recommendations
• Maintain detailed CRM records and follow up consistently to nurture prospects through extended sales cycles
• Represent REH Interiors with the grace, elegance, and professionalism befitting our luxury brand
• Attend monthly team meetings in Boca Raton to align on strategy and share market insights
What You Will Accomplish
✅ First 90 Days: Complete territory assessment, establish key relationships, understand REH's service offerings and unique value proposition
✅ 6 Months: Build robust pipeline of qualified prospects, achieve initial sales targets, establish REH presence in your territory
✅ 1 Year: Become the trusted REH advisor in your region, achieve consistent monthly sales targets, develop territory expansion strategy

Essential Experience You'll Bring
• 3+ years of luxury sales experience in high-end interiors, staging, real estate, or related luxury fields
• Strong understanding of luxury residential design, high-end furnishings, and expectations of discerning clientele
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets with demonstrated consultative selling skills
• CRM proficiency and experience with sales tracking tools and pipeline management
• Are located in or willing to focus on developing business in West Palm Beach to Vero Beach, Wellington, or Fort Lauderdale/Miami areas
• Note for Real Estate Professionals: Must be willing to place license in voluntarily inactive status due to conflict of interest with our real estate staging services
